Mission, Vision & Values

Mission

I support coaches, consultants, advisors and small business owners to improve their confidence, focus, structures, and discipline with easy-to-follow tools they can tailor to their business. This helps them identify what’s working and what isn’t, so they know where to spend their time and their team’s time, to grow their business.

For my course

Teaching credible sales techniques to service-based coaches, consultants, advisors and small business owners, to guide them confidently through the complete sales cycle, from first touch, to becoming a client, and beyond.

Sales Coaching

Value 1 is … Integrity & boundary setting

Boundaries provide an invisible line that define acceptable behaviours in relationships.

I like to treat people as I would like to be treated by communicating openly and honestly, demonstrating strong principles and always delivering on my promises. 

Value 2 is … Commitment & accountability

Commitment and accountability are essential to our success. I choose to work with like-minded individuals who are committed to growing themselves and their business with someone to hold them accountable. I recognise that increasing our comfort zone does not happen overnight or by itself and takes focus, discipline and determination. 

Value 3 is … Practical and logical

I am extremely practical and take a pragmatic approach to business. I make sure actions are based on fact rather than feeling to ensure my clients spend time on the right areas to grow their business. This is why I have created easy-to-use tools and templates which can be tailored to my clients’ personalities and businesses in a way that feels comfortable for them.

Value 4 is … Balance

Life is about balance and to be successful we need to enjoy our lives when at work and play. This is why I like to make the sessions I have with my clients fun. Who said business needs to be boring?

Value 5 is…. Respect

Mutual respect is crucial, irrelevant of age, gender or race. We we may have a different view or preferences but I advocate respecting that we are not all the same. If we were all the same, wouldn’t life be boring?

Value 6 is … Approachable

I’m friendly and want my clients to feel they can discuss anything with me. 

Ultimately, there are other things in my clients’ world outside of work which could impact their ability to execute against actions. For me it is key to provide the environment of openness in our sessions. 

 After all, we all have a life outside of work!
