We start with a Business Development Review. This is an outside view looking into your business, where we examine your marketing activity and performance, processes, systems, time management, mindset and most importantly sales. Further work is done in a coaching format; we set a plan for your goals, decide upon clear measurements and actions. We eradicate your hidden blocks, leaving you free to take simplified action.
Before we start working together, I send you an on-boarding questionnaire. You need to complete this before we first meet. Other than that, all you need to bring is yourself!

My 121 coaching is based on a time related basis and your investment starts at £400 per month. Your total investment will depend on the size of your company, the time I spend with you each month and the chosen package.
I find myself primarily supporting service-based coaches, consultants and small business owners with a focus on marketing, creative industries (such as photography), insurance, finance, and health.
However, the way I work is more focused around the methodology which means it does not matter what industry you are in. I find that my client’s are in highly competitive industries where they struggle to differentiate themselves.
